INTER-FIORENTINA. Inter's football hasn't always been really good to watch but they have certainly been the best team in the Italian top class clubs, in the last few seasons (Inter won 4 titles in a row). At present, the Nerazzurri are 8 points clear of the top, waiting to play their Serie A game against Parma. The game was postponed a few days ago because of heavy snowing. On Wednesday night, Mourinho's side face off against Fiorentina in the first leg of their semi-final match in the Italian Cup. Inter's in good shape as of the moment as they defeated Milan 2-0 and also beat Juventus in the last round of the Coppa Italia. coppaA win for the Italian leaders against Fiorentina in the next night's game wouldn't be unexpected. Fiorentina had a discrete first half of the  season but since the start of the new year, the "Viola" have not been performing, losing a lot of easy games, losing their pole  position in the chart. At the moment the team from Firenze are 11th in the chart with 31 points, 18 less than Inter. However, Cesare Prandelli has been going quite good in the Cup and defeated Lazio 3-2 at home (in a great match) in the quarter-finals to reach the semi-finals. In these days, Fiorentina got a big problem with his Romanian striker Adrian Mutu,  twice testing positive for anti-dopping test. One time for cocaine and this time for a diet drug.

THE MATCH - Last night, in the game against Fiorentina, Balotelli has performed as what can be described as mediocrity, but he did the decisive assist to Milito to win the game.  In the end, the young talent did  all the hard work in the grudge match between him and Mouringo. Moratti was long been trying to mediate, but if the crisis continues they are going to end contract in June, by the end of the season. Who will remain in Inter? Balotelli or Mou?

MILANO, February 4, 2010 - Living in the same like is steadily becomng impossible. A new episode in the troubled relations between José Mourinho and Super Mario Balotelli. Nothing definitive, but if it continues like this we are moving towards one of the two guys changing colours. And Inter must decide on who remains in the team and who will move away from Inter. The last word, as always, will be up to Moratti, has long pledged to reconcile its two "loves", which has no intention of giving up. Moratti is an amazing president, every team would like to have one man like him in the presidential office: passionate, smart, fair and obviously full of monetary resources.

The last scene was aired last night at San Siro: Balotelli slumped in the Fiorentina half, struggling with a problem about his contact lens. Passing at least one minute, the ball was in the feet of the Fiorentina attack. Mario gave no signs of return in his defensive midfield, Mourinho got angry without hiding it. mouMou shouted a lot against his young striker. Mario didn't react quickly to the reproaches of the coach,. Balotelli came slowly back to the defensive line a minute after Thiago Motta took his place on the field. Super Mario did not take it well and leaving the field continuing to jabber on. Mourinho later said: "Even if he had problems with the lens, he had to defend first, then maybe he could think about his eyes. He can go to the hospital to solve the problem". Balotelli will not say anything (not external to the press like almost ever), but instead of him, his gesture has spoken really clear. The launch of gloves seem the attitude of someone who did not do anything to avoid confrontation. Mario always gave us something to talk about  after a match. Inter got the game 1-0 in a good game, well played by both teams. Jose Mourinho said: "beating chelsea will be a certainty, but only if Inter players respond to my instructions". The Portuguese coach welcomes his former side to San Siro Stadium on February 24 for the match of Champions League. Never short of confidence, he has clear ideas. He said to Reuters: "Of course we can beat Chelsea, but not by playing like this," talking about the 1-0 against Fiorentina. "We made too many mistakes and there was no precision in our play. I am very disappointed that we were unable to show the play we have been in our last few games." kakaMou always tell the truth about what he saw and he told that playing  against the likes of Fiorentina will make it impossible to defeat Ancellotti's team. I've the same opinion, but otherwise if Inter will play like it did against Milan, nothing will be impossible. It's only depends on Inter's will, according to Ancellotti's champions. What do you think?

PLAYERS MARKET- Kaka could be used by Real Madrid as an exchange, so they can land Diego and Chiellini in return for the ex "pallone d'oro", according to Sportmediaset.it. An unbelievable return to the Italian soccer world, an idea that is being floated around in the Spanish League. Kaka went to Real from Milan last year, after an endless deal (almost 2 years) for €65 million. But at the moment new reports claiming that Kaka suffers from "pubalgia cronica" a recurring hernia injury in the region of the pubis that needs treatment every day. I am sure that Milan doctors knew that, otherwise why Milan'd have to let go a champion like the Brazilian for this player. As part of that deal, Kaka will be offered to Juventus, in exchange for both Chiellini and Diego heading to Madrid,  a fantasy deal in my opinion. Real wants the best defender in the world and one of the most talented player (as Diego and Chiellini are) in exchange of an injury player. Will this be  fair? I don't think so. No one could sign a deal like this. Juventus is trying to build a new team for the future, a stronger one and see Diego and Giorgio Chiellini as long-term features. It seems that Chelsea and Manchester City are also interested in buying Kaka.
Today, 4th of February, the last quarter-final of Coppa Italia: Roma against Catania. Two teams in good shape, but if I'd bet on one team, I'd chose Roma obviously. There is no doubt about this, expecially if Totti and Vucinic are able to play.
